Recently, AlphaGroup had the opportunity to meet and hold discussions with Bio Prasas, a company specializing in food additives and microbial solutions for environmental applications.
AlphaGroup welcomed representatives of Bio Prasas at the company’s headquarters.
During the meeting, representatives from both companies introduced their organizations, areas of expertise, and the products and solutions they currently provide to the market. Bio Prasas presented its existing product portfolio, which includes a range of food additives and microbial solutions serving various industrial sectors.
The two parties also exchanged views on market demands, product development trends within the food and beverage industry, and shared insights regarding raw materials and additives that are currently attracting significant market interest.
As part of the discussions, AlphaGroup expressed particular interest in several solutions applicable to the alcoholic beverage industry, including antioxidants, antifoaming agents, clarification aids, foam stability enhancers, and yeast nutrition products (Yeast Nutrients).
One of the solutions introduced during the meeting was CARRAFLOCAID®, a natural carrageenan-based fining and clarification aid derived from seaweed and designed for brewery wort processing. The product supports more efficient coagulation and sedimentation, enhances wort recovery, improves beer filtration performance, and contributes to maintaining the clarity and stability of the finished product.
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for both parties to strengthen connections, exchange information, and gain a deeper understanding of each other’s capabilities, product portfolios, and market needs.
